End User License Agreement ("EULA")
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Ad-Ventures 5, Inc. (d/b/a Pulse Wave Media) ("Pulse Wave Media," "our," "us," or "we"). This EULA governs your use of our software applications, services, and related website (collectively, the "Services").
By downloading, installing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not download, install, or use the Services.
1. Grant of License
Subject to the terms of this EULA, Pulse Wave Media grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to, and will not assist, encourage, or enable others to use the Services to:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Services;
- Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Services;
- Rent, lease, sell, assign, or otherwise transfer rights in or to the Services;
- Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Services;
- Use the Services for any illegal purpose, or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
3. Termination
Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from Pulse Wave Media if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination of this EULA, you shall cease all use of the Services and delete all copies of the Services.
